• The process is initiated by clicking on „secure compensation‚. You will be forwarded to AirHelp’s website and after a one-time registration, you will be led through the process
• Claiming the compensation payment due to you will be initiated by our partner AirHelp with the respective airline
• Compensation payment (minus a commission for claiming services by AirHelp) is credited directly to you
